How to be a member    Member's Benefit    Point Redemption
MEMBERSHIP CARD GIFT REDEMPTION
  1. Gifts redemption, including upgrade membership card, needs to be applied in advance. Once the gift is confirmed, it can’t be the canceled or changed. No tax invoice (‘fa piao’) will be issued for the provision of the gift;

  2. The exchanged gifts will be mailed to you on complimentary within mainland China only.

  3. The pictures of gift are for reference only. The actual gift that you receive may vary slightly.

  4. Please allow one month for your order to be processed. Maybe slightly longer during holiday periods.

  5. We require your explicit confirmation for any exchanges exceeding 29,800. Please fax a copy of your ID card, membership card number, mail address, postal code, the recipient, contact telephone and the gift name you want exchange to our customer service (86-21) 6091 9980. We will process your request upon receipt of the complete information. We will not be responsible for any errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

  6. Do not receive the gift if it is different from the actual one or is damaged. Please contact FX Hotel Customer Service to report the situation. If the damage is not found in the delivery or the post office, FX Hotel can’t accept your request of changing the gift. If you receive a gift that has serious quality problem, please contact the customer service within 7 days and arranged for the gift to be returned. We will not entertain any exchange due to your change of mind after placing the order.

  7. If you do not receive the gift within one month of your request, please contact FX Hotel Customer Service to get the copy of package list or reference number of registered letter. Then go to the local post office to inquire about the whereabouts of package or registered letter to avoid of any delay.

  8. Tax Invoice (‘fa piao’) will not be issued by the hotel free night obtained from your points. Cancellation of the bookings would require 24 hours notice. Points will not be credited to your account, however, you are entitled to make another booking for a future date.
